On tuesday evening we landed on swedish ground again. Once again It’s been a fantastic week in the Alps. Third year for us with our summer camp in France. Main focus is to do many hours …with a lot more altitude metres than at home of course! A lot of double poling but also probably the best classic training on roller skis for the whole year!
As last year we also did two interval sessions during the camp. After this week it’s quite understandable that we are really tired, which also is one purpose with the camp.
Anyhow, it feels great to see the rest of the family again. Now it’s focus on recovery for some days and of course some “catch up” time with the kids!
