The time goes fast and we have now past half of May. This means it´s also time to higt up the level of training again for a new year.
I have done some trainingsessions in May, but only to keep the body in shape and because it´s feels nice to do something.
But now it´s time to start up the trainingseason again and it will be more running and cycling in the begining. Perhaps also some kayaking!
In the end of May both me and Daniel will participate in Scandinavian Outdoor Games in a adventure race. So I hope to kickstart the body for this event!
