I have just experinced a nice but quite long trip to Kalmar for participation in a really exciting event “Wing for life World run“! With the statement -Run for those who can´t- 100% of all incomes from the event goes to the research into curing spinal cord injury.
A really cool and different concept was actually to run until the finish line catch you. Also it was arranged in 34 different locations all over the world and where everyone starts at the same time.
Well, I got reminded that it’s maybe time now to start running. It was not good to begin with long distance running on asphalt. I tried to take it easy but still I came 27 km, which I can feel in my legs today!
Then 550 km in car yesterday evening back home. Nice then I have my lovely VW Passat for a safe and comfortable drive!
